We have loved each and every Blaze we visited till date! The customisation options are insane, and best part we also get good vegan and veg friendly options! Yummiest and go-to pizza spot!

I was very disappointed with my experience. Our pizzas were served with the receipt paper placed directly underneath the food. Receipt paper should never come into direct contact with food because it can contain chemicals, and this is a serious food safety concern. We had to throw away the parts of the pizza that touched the receipt, and we’re still worried that the pizza may have been moved around, causing other parts to come into contact with it as well. This was unacceptable and completely ruined our meal. I hope the restaurant takes this issue seriously and makes sure this never happens again

The pizza was excellent and the food quality was spot on. However, I have concerns that some employees may be misusing their positions to drive revenue in ways that raise questions. Revenue generated on certain days appears noticeably different from other days, and there seems to be a pattern that warrants attention. Law enforcement is reportedly monitoring the situation closely. Even in the past, some of the highest-revenue days appeared to coincide with the presence of a particular individual (victim). While the quality of the pizza and the effort that goes into making it deserve recognition, the focus on generating revenue can sometimes overshadow the good work being done by the staff in delivering a great product. My suggestion would be to check the top earning days and be sure to analyze it! Over the top earning day = presence of a victim Loved the pizza!

We came to Blaze Pizza on a Saturday night before the homecoming game, so it was packed — the line was literally out the door. That’s understandable for a busy night, but what made the experience frustrating was how the ordering system is handled. Even with a huge line of customers waiting inside, they were still prioritizing online orders and making those pizzas ahead of people who were physically there. We waited forever just to place our order, and then even longer to get our food because the kitchen was backed up with online tickets. If they know the store is slammed, there should be a system to pause online orders or at least warn customers about extended wait times. At the very least, take care of the guests already in the restaurant first. As for the food, it’s solid — comparable to MOD Pizza or Pizza Press — and the prices are reasonable. No complaints there. Overall, decent pizza, but the ordering and queue management really need improvement.

Quiet on a weekday around 2:00 pm. Was greeted and appreciated the crew tag teamed to make the experience efficient. Plenty of custom options, everything is right in front of you and very fresh. The result was a thin crust pizza made exactly to my choices. Excellent service, clean/comfortable place to eat inside or there are shaded tables outside. Very affordable too!
